If you are not able to make your payment by sterling, please send a cheque in your local currency for the equivalent total amount of your booking and dated 21st June, 2006. When you arrive, we will return your cheque to you in exchange for cash in sterling to cover your booking. This way, we can avoid paying the charges that the bank would levy for converting other currencies into sterling.

If you are unable to attend after making your final payment, please let us know as soon as possible. If we are able to reallocate your place we will refund your final payment, less any costs that we have incurred on your behalf.
